What browser storage does
Cookies and local storage allow a website to remember information in your browser. Local storage is kept on your device and, unlike a cookie, is not automatically sent with each request to the website.
This website uses local storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics.
Your essential preference
The preference is stored under the name welcare.analytics-consent.v1. It records an accepted or rejected choice; it does not contain your callback details.
The website does not give this preference an automatic expiry date. It remains until you change it, clear your browser’s site data or your browser removes it. Your choice may need to be made again on another device or browser.
If browser storage is unavailable, optional analytics stay off. This preference storage is separate from optional analytics.
Optional analytics
Welcare may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand how the website is used and to measure actions such as call-link clicks and successful callback requests. Names, phone numbers and preferred callback times are never included in those events.
The analytics container loads only after you accept analytics. Rejecting analytics keeps it from loading, and Google’s cookies are not set.
Change your choice
You can reopen the preference panel at any time. Reject analytics to continue without optional tracking, or withdraw an earlier consent. Withdrawing consent saves your new choice and reloads the page so that the analytics container is no longer loaded.
Withdrawal does not automatically delete cookies that Google previously stored or information already collected. To remove existing browser cookies and local storage, use your browser’s privacy or site-data settings. Clearing the preference will make the website ask again.
