Welcare Home Care is run by Welcare Global Limited (company number 14773007), which is responsible for the personal information you send through this website.

Care enquiries
The callback form asks only for your name, phone number and preferred time for a call. We use them to call you back about your enquiry. Please do not include medical details or other sensitive information in the preferred-time field.
The website sends those three details by email to Welcare. There is no website enquiry database. Anything you tell us during the call is handled as part of arranging your care.
Brochure requests
If you request our brochure, the form asks only for your email address. It is sent to Welcare’s email inbox so the team knows who asked for the brochure, and the download link then appears on the page.
Email delivery and storage
Enquiry emails are delivered by Resend, which holds them as part of providing its email service. The sender domain uses the Ireland sending region (eu-west-1); this does not mean the emails are stored in the EU.
Resend states that its stored data is held in the United States, and its published policy describes 30-day email and log retention. See Resend’s security and retention information.
Emails are then kept in Welcare’s mailbox for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry and arrange any care that follows. Resend’s retention period does not decide how long Welcare keeps a message.
Website and security information
This website is hosted on Vercel. Hosting and firewall services may process technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the website.
Callback names, phone numbers and preferred times are never included in application logs, page addresses or analytics events. Repeated requests are limited to help prevent abuse.
Cookies and optional analytics
The website stores your cookie preference in your browser. Optional analytics load only with your permission.
You can reject analytics or change your preference using Cookie settings. Read the cookie policy for storage details and how to withdraw consent.
Your information rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access your information, correct it, request its deletion, restrict its use, or receive it in a portable form. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent.
You may also have a right to object to the use of your information, depending on the circumstances and lawful basis.
